Kerry Katona is a girl that even when the chips are down can still raise a smile.
And today was no exception as she displayed a sunny disposition that perfectly matched the soaring summer temperatures.
The reality TV star looked the picture of health as she left a beauty salon in West Sussex this afternoon.
And the 29-year-old showed off her new slimline figure in a cute, strapless floral dress which she teamed with chic gold sandals.
She looked in a bit of a hurry as she clutched her car keys in one hand and a bag of beauty goodies from the Bliss spa in the other and smiled at the cameras as she left.
And if her fears over a revealing documentary about her to be aired on Channel 4 tonight were on her mind, they certainly didn't show on her face.

The programme, entitled Kerry and Me, as filmed in February this year when Kerry was at her lowest and shows her slurring and shouting at her children alongside her estranged husband Mark Croft.
And she's said to be terrified that this will remind everyone of the 'old Kerry', just as she's trying to get her life back on track.
After he split from Croft, 39, she left her home in Warrington, Cheshire, and moved south to West Sussex after signing up with Peter Andre's management team, Can Associates.

They allegedly tried to stop the film being aired but the documentary is still set to be screened tonight on C4 at 10pm.
Claire Powell told the Mail: 'The reason we were trying to stop the documentary being screened is because Kerry only signed a release form but she did not sign a contract.'
Kerry also has a new man in her life, painter and decorater Adam Waldron, 33, who this week was spotted out and about with her as she filmed another reality TV series under her new management to portray her ‘new clean-cut image'.

But today, Croft revealed today that he is planning on writing a tell-all book about their marriage.
According to the Daily Star, Kerry will take legal action if the former cab driver goes ahead.
A source told the newspaper: Mark has sold story after story on her and she thought it had got to the point where he had nothing left to say.
'She's already got the worry of the documentary, now she's terrified the book will trash her too.'
